1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using Netspace.one's B2B gaming services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access our services.

2. Description of Services

Netspace.one provides:

  • B2B gaming integration services
  • API access for game providers
  • Back-office management tools
  • Technical support and documentation

3. Eligibility

To use our services, you must:

  • Be a legally registered business entity
  • Hold all necessary gaming licenses for your jurisdiction
  • Be authorized to enter into binding agreements
  • Comply with all applicable laws and regulations

4. Account Registration

4.1 Account Creation

  • You must provide accurate and complete information
  • You are responsible for maintaining account security
  • You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access

4.2 API Credentials

  • API keys are confidential and non-transferable
  • You are responsible for all activity under your credentials
  • Compromised credentials must be reported immediately

5. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

  • Use our services for illegal gambling operations
  • Attempt to reverse engineer our systems
  • Interfere with service operation or security
  • Exceed rate limits or abuse API access
  • Sublicense or resell our services without authorization

6. Financial Terms

6.1 Fees

  • Service fees are outlined in your partnership agreement
  • Fees are calculated based on GGR or transaction volume
  • Payment terms are Net 30 unless otherwise specified

6.2 Settlements

  • Settlements are processed according to agreed schedules
  • Currency conversion rates are determined at settlement time
  • Disputed transactions must be reported within 7 days

7. Intellectual Property

  • All Netspace.one games, software, and content are our property
  • You receive a limited license to integrate our games
  • You may not modify, copy, or distribute our intellectual property

8. Data Protection

  • We process data in accordance with our Privacy Policy
  • You must comply with applicable data protection laws
  • Player data must be handled according to GDPR requirements

9. Service Level Agreement

  • We target 99.9% uptime for production services
  • Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance
  • Support is available 24/7 for critical issues

10. Limitation of Liability

  • Our liability is limited to fees paid in the preceding 12 months
  • We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
  • Force majeure events excuse performance obligations

11. Termination

  • Either party may terminate with 30 days written notice
  • We may suspend services immediately for Terms violations
  • Upon termination, API access will be revoked

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Malta. Disputes shall be resolved through arbitration in Malta.

13. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
